Karen Koppenaal is a strategic management professional and native English-speaking educator with international experience in South Africa, Myanmar, Iraq, Kuwait, and China. Holding an Honours degree in Strategic Management from the University of Johannesburg, she excels at designing and managing large-scale education reform programmes aligned with national visions such as Saudi Vision 2030. As Project Coordinator at Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance, she conducted needs analyses across 114 schools, led a team of 68 trainers delivering ICT integration programmes, and developed monitoring tools. She has taught the Cambridge Curriculum from Early Years to secondary level and lectured in Marketing, Strategic Management, and Business at Varsity College for over a decade.
